Error Message - No Audio During Navigation
Root Cause - Audio files may have not been received over data connection. Audio is Turned off. Volume is at lowest level (off). BT Head set is not paired correctly or BT head set or BT Car Radio Head Unit is not supported to play audio
Fix - Verify application settings & basic trouble shooting
1st - Verify Volume Level
Select volume key and increase till maxed
2nd - Verify BT is Off
From the home screen, drag down the Notifications bar.
Tap the Settings icon. From the Quick settings section, tap Bluetooth.
To turn Bluetooth off, tap the Bluetooth switch to Off
3rd - Power Cycle Device
If possible remove battery or
Select Power button to select Power Off, wait 30 seconds and then select Power Button to turn device back on.
Now please retry to use the Scout application out in the open - clear view of sky
If the issue persist
3rd - Force Stop & Clear Application Data
Select Device Settings icon, find & select Application Manager, find & select Scout app.
Next select Force stop & then select Clear Data.
Please retry Scout application out in open & install first time files.
If the issue persist
4th - Uninstall & Re-Install Scout Application
Select Device Settings icon, find & select Application Manager, find & select Scout app.
Next select Uninstall.
Next find & select Google Play app, select Search & type in Scout.
Select Scout app & select Install
Once installed open app & install first time files.
Please retry Scout app out in the open.
