Error Message - Unable To Generate Route
Root Cause - The issue can be caused by Carrier Data not available or Data connection is slow causing the app to timeout. This also can be caused by the app not being able to determine location.
Fix - The phone needs to be checked for various settings within app & device. This will allow us to verify if data access issue or corrupted files.
1st - Check & verify Battery Life is 50% or more
2nd - Power Cycle Device
If possible remove battery or
Select Power button to select Power Off, wait 30 seconds and then select Power Button to turn device back on.
Now please retry to use the AT&T Navigator application out in the open - clear view of sky
If the issue persist
3rd - Force Stop & Clear Application Data
Select Device Settings icon, find & select Application Manager, find & select AT&T Navigator app.
Next select Force stop & then select Clear Data.
Please retry YND application out in open & install first time files.
If the issue persist
4th - Uninstall & Re-Install Your Navigator Deluxe Application
Select Device Settings icon, find & select Application Manager, find & select YND app.
Next select Uninstall or Uninstall Updates
Next find & select Google Play app, select Search & type in YND Navigator.
Select YND app & select Install, Open or Update.
Once installed open app & install first time files.
Please retry YND app out in the open.
