Error Message - No Audio During Navigation
Root Cause - Audio files may have not been received over data connection. Audio is Turned off. Volume is at lowest level (off). BT Head set is not paired correctly or BT head set or BT Car Radio Head Unit is not supported to play audio
Fix - Verify application settings & basic trouble shooting
1st - Verify Volume Level
Select volume key and increase till maxed
2nd - Verify BT is Off
From the home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
Tap the Bluetooth icon to turn Bluetooth off.
3rd - Hard Reset Device
Hold down both Power button and home key till device shuts off
30 Seconds later turn device back on.
Hard reset clears cache and makes device recheck GPS.
Now please retry to use the AT&T Navigator application out in the open - clear view of sky
If the issue persist
4th - Uninstall & Re-Install AT&T Navigator Application
Press down on AT&T Navigator app icon till an X appears and starts wiggling. Then remove finger.
Press X on the AT&T Navigator app and you will prompted 1 more time confirming deletion.
Next please select App Store – Search “AT&T Navigator”. Once found select AT&T Navigator app & select Install or Cloud icon.
After downloaded, Select / Start AT&T Navigator app to install first time files & follow prompts.
Please try to use AT&T Navigator app out in the open clear view of the sky.
