If you have either accidentally subscribed to the service or found unwanted charges on your monthly carrier statement/ bill, please contact your mobile provider. They may assist by removing the feature from your account. If you're referred to Telenav Inc. regarding the cancellation, please request to speak with a manager who may better assist you. You may also request to conduct a conference call to Telenav so we may assist by assisting the agent understand the issue. Carrier billing may apply to all platforms unless, set up directly through 3rd party.
Telenav will not refund any payments for the Telenav Service or any necessary hardware made directly to a cellular carrier (e.g., Sprint Nextel, AT&T,etc.) or otherwise not directly made to Telenav. Check with your cellular carrier for its policy on refunds of such payments.
