A: If you have purchased the premium subscription from the app, then yes. To check whether you have done in-app purchased, you can check the status from the setting page.
Q: Do I qualify for a refund if my app does not show “Active” under vehicle subscription? What should I do?
A: No purchase was done in the app; therefore, refund is not eligible. For further questions please reach out to Toyota Team if you are still on free trial.

Q: I am a Google user and bought premium subscription from the Google Play Store. How can I get a refund for the purchase of Scout GPS Link?
A: All Google users will be issued refund proactively from the Google store. If you haven’t received the refund by the end of Oct 30 or find issues with it,
- Send an email to sglsupport@telenav.com , with name, email (used to purchase within google play store) and Order ID
- All refunds will be given via Google Play Store payment method.
Note – Full refund processed within first 30 days of purchase, after 30 days prorated partial refund.
Q: I am an Apple user and bought a premium subscription from the Apple App Store. How can I get a refund for the purchase of Scout GPS Link?
A: Request refund through App Store or https://reportaproblem.apple.com .

Q: Can I still use the mobile app?
A: Connecting to the vehicle is not possible after Oct 30. The standalone mobile app will work till the end of the year. After that all services will be shutdown.
