1. Start / Select the App Store icon
on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your account icon at the top right.
3. On the Account page, tap Purchased, and if you are enrolled in the family plan, also tap My Purchases.
4. Find the item you want to get a refund for (Scout GPS Link) and then tap it.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Report a Problem. You may need to log in with your Apple ID.
6. Under What can we help you with?, tap I'd like to… and then choose Request a refund.
7. Tap Tell us more… and choose the reason for the refund.
8. Tap Next and then complete the submission.
